Super cute shop! I went here today to get my daughter's backpack embroidered with her name. Nancy was very patient and showed me half a dozen thread options and font options. They also have lots of baby gifts that are embroidered with a name. I will definitely come back for that. I was told that the turnaround would be about a week, so keep that in mind and plan accordingly. Happy that this shop exists and will be back again and again.

I ordered these sweatpants for my daughter and the size she usually wears was too small. I called this store's customer support and they told me that there's NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES! REALLY???? What kind of policy is that????
Now I have to reorder it and the money just went down the drain!

Absolutely amazing staff, their craftsmanship is unparalleled in quality. I was able to get my bowling shirt stitched in a few days and was truly pleased with the pricing and staffs courtesy and stitching skills.

Great place to get my uniform done. I knew ahead that it can take a while to get embroidery done, so I planned for that. A guy at work recommended this place. Lots of staff inside and looks busy. I was surprised how quickly I got my jacket back. I've been recommending this place to all my coworkers. I'm writing the post 6 months after using this place. Jacket looks great.

Customer service leaves something to be desired. I understand with the school year approaching they would be busy but called the shop countless times and also submitted an email inquiry and no answer and when I did get someone to answer they said they were "hoping to fulfill orders by time school started." Called back after a weekend had passed and was told someone would call me back regarding my order, which I had to call back myself because my call was never returned. The day after my order was ready for pickup after 2 weeks of placing order. When I asked if it usually takes 2 weeks for items to come in I was then rudely explained that she must wait until enough orders are placed to place the order, while the website says 7-10 days. The website is also somewhat misleading because I clicked on a blue polo to order and got a white which I do see you can select the color after selecting the product now that I have went back and looked it ,but it should be pictured. When I asked about getting blue instead I was told I would have to re order. Unfortunately not a great experience.

Go in this store once and it will be your "go to" place for years to come. You have the ability to get very special and personalized gifts at Wicked for any occassion. The owners are creative and know how to help you find and give that perfect gift.
