These are the rudest people I've ever had to deal with everysingle time I come here. any question is answerd condisendingly. They didnt even know what a prefabricated 3/4 aluminum 3 point saddle is despite providing a picture and a model number. fricking joke. honestly I only come here because its close to my house but today ive had it. I promise to never shop here ever again and warn everyone I know. I rather drive to the other side of the island and deal with Cardinal Electric. They are always very polite and patient. Cardinal will forever be my go to from now on.

Absolutely RUDE service!

Just left the place, wow, every question is met with extreme resistance and eyes roll.

Additionally, they scan the credit card twice. Once on the credit card terminal and then into their computer using a little USB skimmer. I asked the guy why is he scanning the card again if the terminal already got an approval and printed a receipt and he said that's what they always do - why? He got annoyed, threw the card back on the couter and said that's it. I said, can I have my receipt, he said no the system didnt take it. WHAT?

This is how credit cards get stolen on daily basis. My last visit to this hole.

I was trying to set up an off grid solar panel system. I'm not an installer so I didn't have access to a lot of the proprietary providers. Total has had absolutely everything I was looking for to fill in the gaps. They consistently have the parts and fittings that the big box stores don't carry. Plus at a better price.
