She is kind, courteous and highly knowledgeable. Whenever I call, she is there to assist me with my insurance needs and if she is on another call or away from her desk, she gets back to me immediately. I refer Elizabeth to everyone and whether it's family, friends or business contacts, they thank me for referring them to her. She is AWESOME!!
Let's talk about this agency.... when my friend, Todd first told me about them in 2005, he was positive that my homeowners premiums would be 30% lower. He was wrong. They were 40% lower with Mackoul! I was pleasantly surprised. Through the years, Elizabeth and prior representatives that I have dealt with at Mackoul have been proactive in placing me with carriers that would give me the best coverage at the best prices.
