Update: the florist was able to deliver a new set of flowers. I appreciate their willingness to replace the order!


Did not receive the flowers i ordered. while they are still okay, it is NOT what was listed online. i picked the posh pink because i specifically didnt want carnations and liked the pink roses. When i got home i realized this wasnt the right size, there were carnations instead of the roses, there wasnt any lavender, the lilies were a different color(also small and dying) and the flowers werent in a vase :/

I wasnt given a heads up about any of these substitutions yet paid the full price. Very disappointed

Beautiful arrangement delivered to an out of state address. Nice healthy pink roses with a balloon. Could not be more pleased! I've used Kitty & Family through their website, over the phone, and in person and have never been disappointed.

Placed an order in person for a family funeral. Purposefully ordered in person so that I could speak to the florist and show them a photo from their very own website to show them exactly what I wanted. When I got to the funeral home and saw the flower piece that was delivered I was terribly embarrassed. It looked nothing like what I had ordered. I called the florist immediately to express to them that this what not ok and that I needed them to make this right. I was told by the florist that they didn't have the right flowers on hand and that they did the best with what they had to make the arrangement. I asked why they didn't call me and let me know that they didn't have the flowers for the arrangement and that I would have chosen something else if given the opportunity. I was told that is what they normally do in a case like this and they didn't know why I didn't get a call. They offered to give me a credit at the store to use in the future. I asked them to send another arrangement same day and was told the driver was gone for the day. This was something that they couldn't fix or wouldn't fix. I was told they would send a flower arrangement to the family at a later date. That certainly didn't make that arrangement look any better. I would never recommend Kittie's Family Florist again to anyone. I was a repeat customer and should have received better service. Please see BOTH photos attached for comparison.

just wonderful!!!! I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Lori. I asked her for the impossible and she went above and beyond to see if she could get what I was looking for. Lori understood my desire for sentiment and made suggestions that helped me choose a bouquet to honor my friend that I have no doubt will be absolutely beautiful! Terrible, my husband ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday they came on Sunday. Did not get what he ordered at all. Ordered a Gerber Daisy arrangement. Received 1 Gerber Daisy and the rest Sunflowers. Leads me to believe that they didn't have the Gerber Daisies and thats why they weren't delivered on time. Guess if they ever answer the phone my husband can ask where are the rest of the Gerber daisies. maybe giving 1 has them covered. Didn't even have the court to call and say they didn't have what he ordered. Even though we got a confirmation they were delivered. Worst customer service, they don't answer the phone. Ordered flowers for my niece who had a baby, didn't have what I ordered sent a replacement. Flowers much smaller that what appeared in picture. Try to help out local businesses during pandemic but sorry we Will not be using them again. Very disappointEd

Wonderful experience ordering flowers over the phone for delivery to a family member in the area. Fast delivery and beautiful arrangement!

I received a vase of flowers on Friday. Absolutely beautiful but by Sunday they were dying and not pleased

We had the unfortunate task of having to buy flowers for our uncles wake. He was a big kid, often referred to as Peter Pan. He was an avid collector of Hot Wheels cars. My sisters and I could only think of him and his Hot Wheels when we were searching our mind for a poignant gesture to our beloved uncle. I looked online and found a few florists that were closest to the funeral home and Kitty & Family Florist website had such beautiful custom works of art. I knew I found the place to make my vision come to life. The flowers were nothing short of amazing. They were gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. The family absolutely loved them and I was thrilled at how gorgeous they came out. A very sad occasion yes, but the masterful work of Kitty & Family florist was top notch. We are forever grateful.

The delivery driver was extremely rude to my partner when she tried to surprise me with flowers and accidentally provided the wrong address. I just moved here and what could have been a simple mistake/fix, turned into the driver yelling at my partner and belittle her. I'm not sure if you all talk to your customers this way, but the flowers/business that she ordered and brought to you all are undeserving of this kind of treatment. Really disappointing, the flowers are beautiful but the customer service and respect that the driver has for his customers is sickening.

Recently used them for my mother's funeral and clearly floral deliveries that came from elsewhere looked better. The people at the shop were very nice but there's lot' of room for improvements w/ their funeral arrangements, this was my personal experience w/ them.
