In 2018, Attentive Energy opened its doors and began a dedicated stakeholder engagement program years before its successful lease auction, learning first-hand how to best serve our communities. We believe offshore wind has the power to address the climate crisis while establishing lasting economic benefits that promote equity and inclusivity to uplift frontline communities.

Attentive Energy is committed to being a good neighbor to the communities and groups that will join us in establishing a domestic offshore wind industry. This means we’ll continue to expand our dialogues with labor organizations, train up the workforce, contract with local suppliers, and prioritize environmental justice tenets into all we do.
