Teachers are doing their best to prepare our youth for the future, but imagine how much more prepared children could be if we expanded their education into the world before it was time for them to navigate it on their own. In traditional cultures, everyone in the community helps children to grow into self-sufficient adults. If we go beyond the scope of a typical classroom curriculum, we can further the growth and development of students and communities by providing opportunities for everyone to work together to create solutions.

Founded by Dr. Ife Damon, the goal of The Community-Based Education Movement™ is to use a collaborative model to transform classrooms and communities around the globe by providing training to students, educators, administrators, community partners, and other stakeholders.
